Specialized Eletronic Components

Lamination Process
Special electronic components are bonded to different metal materials. Dissimilar materials are combined through lamination.
Copper Plating Process
Certain areas of special electronic components require localized thick copper plating. Pattern plating on working panels can achieve this.
Etching Process
Special electronic components made using conventional printing processes can not be further downsized due to line width / line space constraints. However, line width / line space can be reduced by employing the etching method.

 

Application of Semiconductor Manufacturing / Special Composite Material Processing

Full process manufacturing / PCB with specialized material manufacturing
The PCB copper thickness is increased through thick copper plating and re-designing the layout to raise the copper thickness to meet the product requirement for higher current capacity.

1Quotation RequestPlease provide Gerber files, CAD files, mechanical design (with PCS dimensions), PNL panelization dimensions, aperture table, and stack-up design. Please also provide information on materials, copper thickness of the finished product, solder mask colors, surface finishing (such as lead-free HASL, ENIG or OSP, etc.), as well as your annual or monthly demand. The more detail you share, the faster we can respond and the more accurate the quotation will be.
2Review and DiscussionThe technical team reviews the information provided, assesses feasibility, and makes recommendations.
3QuotationQuotation will be provided once details are confirmed by both parties.
4PrototypingPCB samples are produced based on parameters requested by the customer. The customer tests the samples to confirm design integrity.
5Pilot RunA pilot run for a small batch of products begins upon confirmation from both parties. This allows the customer to test the manufacturing processes before proceeding to mass production.
6Mass ProductionProceed with mass production and delivery schedule once the customer has completed process testing.
